Either every day or every couple days ALL my setting in-game get completely reset after I log from one character to another. All my sound, graphic, qbinds for spells on the hotbars, my windows, all my keyboard settings, my resolution ... EVERYTHING gets reset. This is getting super frusterating having to reset everything almost every single god damn day.

What the hell is going on????

That is where the files for your UI settings, qbind etc are stored for each character. Perhaps you could try to save a copy of one of the files ending in -1 so you can quickly swap in and out by copy pasting and renaming it every time you change you character. Unfortunately there is no other way to change the default UI and qbind settings of DAoC (AFAIK)

In windows search you can type "%appdata%" not including the quotation marks to navigate to this folder if you are unable to find it.
