Forumbeen over a week and still temporarily banned, duno why

Hi my account was temporarily banned, how can i talk to somone about when it will be unbanned? it has been over a week and i have not received any response from any GM in IRC

Temporary bans should give you exact date and time on your account page when they expire. In many cases you will also see the reason for the ban. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

Account status says this:
Your account is currently in good standing, no rule violations have been reported. when I try to log in it says: This account has been temporarily suspended. Please check your account on Http://uthgard.net for further information. its been over a week, if there is a GM that can PM me so I can give them my email and account info so they can help me? |

Hmm never heard of this. Should not happen. If you are banned you see that on the account page. Also temp bans are rarely a week.
