What do people mean by 8x8 and small man?

8 is the max is a group. So 8v8 is too full groups fighting each other as a little self sufficient unit.

Smallman is generally more ambiguous, but it's anywhere from 4-6 usually.

Just terms used to identify different styles of RvR.
