Hi all,
I'm curious if any of the high level Mobs in Barfog drop anything worthwhile at this patch level? Legendary Afanc, King of Barfog Hills, etc. Looked through allakhazam and to me, it doesn't seem like it. Remains drops would probably be the most valuable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

They should drop 93% quality items, which were 'best' when DAoC was initially released (that was before the dragons were even implemented), and the adjustment came much much later post 1.65.

There is a post on the Issue Tracker stating that a group of people killed a few of them and got a whole lot of gold drops and I think a bow as well.
People seem to think the droprates on them are too low... so they don't go back, which means we don't get good enough data on droprates. Satanic Panic - Cleric

Having never played Alb before, what's it take to drop these? Are these the same level as WoW on Mid? Do-able with just 2-4 people?

Legendary Afanc drops decent Cloaks, but you can just use your Epic Cloak so no one does rly farm him i guess. All LB mobs arent worth farming them :/

His cloaks are all dismal utility (except the tanky one) which isn't super-great: http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=5234 They do have a 75 AF shield charge on them so ... yay on that I guess? Blue Lady from Marfach drops a 60 utility cloak that blows anything you can get from Llyn out of the water: http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=4938 The mobs are a novelty and not really worth bothering with, (unlike their Hib and Mid Raumarik/Cursed Forest counterparts).
