no more support for in game /appeals?

Had an out of group player dd the mobs we pulled for 2 hours. Everyone /appealed and got no response. No more regulation in game?

I am sorry that no one got back to you with your appeal. This is likely because no one was available at that time and thus the appeal got 'lost in the flood'.

I am absolutely shutting down anyone who claims 'we do not care' we answer hundreds of appeals a day at times and normally our response time is on point. But, you must remember that we are not paid to do this! We are not full time workers on Uthgard, we have partners, children and very busy work schedules and thus sometimes we just may not be around.

Staff members have been phoned at 04:00 in the morning at times because of a situation that needs to be dealt with on the server so do not for one second claim we do not care.
People coming together as a community can make great things happen.

I also made topic in support and bug report. But I doubt someone from staff atleast opened it.

There's a bit of a difference between your appeal (a bug that needs testing resolving in the issue tracker) and an appeal for somebody breaking the rules.

To say they don't care is silly.

I am sure they care, otherwise they wouldn't do what they are doing today.
The problem is they are too few to cope with the amount of requests for support and bug issues. Their failure was not to staff up and remain a small bunch of people.
