I have delete by mistake , the floating target bar ,
and I can not give it back because I no longer have access to the option interface element, can you help me please |

I think you have to enable the Esc menu in the settings of the Uthgard launcher.
Then hit Esc, then press the button for the interface elements. |

Or if you have the long menu bar you can click where it says menu and find it in interface options.
My mind’s made up, don’t confuse me with facts.
You mustn't assume that your personal situation is a reflection of every other person that has logged in to Uthgard. |
