Hit Play - Agree to patch - Nothing happens

Just completed a new install - Followed the instructions and have not had a problem logging into account.
When I hit play (from website) i get the dialog box asking if i want to allow camelot.exe to make changes. I select yes, but the patcher never runs.

Used different browser and had no problem.
