well what should MoS help in that regard, if it only help for speed, im not talking about getting away im talking about getting spottet at all, way to easy.

MoS movement gives you more movement speed, more movement speed gives you more distance to enemies. More distance gives you less detection. Is it really so hard to understand? If you let someone run through you, they have the highest detection chance, because at some point there´s nearly 0 distance to you. If the enemies use high movement speed, it will be harder to unhide you at the first contact, because the distance to you increases faster again, but it´s much easier to catch you with spreading out. If the enemies have less or normal runspeed, it will be easier to unhide you at the first contact, because the distance to you increases slower, but it will be much harder to catch you when you get some distance between you and the enemy. <Riot Control> Albion

IF a player ran throu you or v close on live he could spot you and target nearest enemy ... to me it seems normal but, we l let others decide.

What is odd about the whole thing is just how hard it is as a stealth player to find another high stealth player, despite moving real slow and actively looking. But you guys find it totally normal to be running a super speed and spot them repeatedly?

You don´t have the detection bonus from MoS and the slowest running speed possible... what do you expect with similar stealth and a higher distance to other stealthers....? <Riot Control> Albion

you think it should be: Speed 6 > Stealthed for spotting a Assasin.
Good i play a Minstrel then and can run around and find stealthers at speed 5 then. I get you can find ppl with nearest enemy but that should be way harder than what it sounds on posts on forum here. |
|
Nope, but you search for excuses being too bad to dodge speed 6 fgs. If you wouldn´t stay on the crowded roads, they wouldn´t find you "easily". I can nearly dodge every speed 6 fg with a VISIBLE char and only 153% movement speed. You´re just trusting your stealth too much, it doesn´t give you a total invisibility against everything and everyone. And again if someone runs THROUGH you, he has the min. distance to you. I really don´t know why you can´t accept this fact. I´m sorry that you xped a stealther, you should have rolled a visible class. <Riot Control> Albion

this
And this
Also, I had a green in DF spot me earlier this week while running close to him. He pretty much saw me as early as I see other 50 stealthers. Something definitely not right. Neshi - Nightshade

I did not follow recent Stealth changes on Live. They changed how Stealth skill affects detection? Sounds odd they changed such an old and fundamental mechanic. Quickly checked recent patch notes from 1.110 to 1.118 for "stealth" but did not find any changes. Can you link me the change you mentioned please? News || Getting Started || Rules || Issue Tracker
