Guild Leader deleted his characters

Our Guild Leader has deleted his characters leaving our guild without a Guild Leader. How can we go about getting a new one reassigned without an extensive waiting period since he most definitely won't be returning?

Please PM me the Name of your leader and the guild name.
I will take a look later tonight.
