I have 4 accounts in 1 house. My wife, and 2 sons play with me. How do I let support know this so I do not get my Ip banned?

a) play the same realm
b) if one of you needs to afk for more than 10 minutes, just log out
We sometimes test people to make sure they are not 1 person playing 2 accounts. That is why we advise b) for families.
