Rounding errors for cast speed do not exist on Uth.

counts the same way? without breaking points? if so: is that a bug? i mean it isn't live like and usually that's considered a bug here, no matter if it was rounding errors on live or not ![]() Genuine Spirit Cabalist since 2002

cmon Jezz, we got enough stupid °bug°reports in the last time. the castspeedsystem is fine and logic as it is atm. dont push another report to fix it in a wrong direction.

o_O i was just curious...i don't like all these "wrong" bug reports either...just wondering whether rounding bugs on mythics side are taken as "livelike" or "bug that needs to be fixed (even if custom afterwards)...

Rounding bugs which result from internal integer precision are not taken over. This is an implementation detail that C++ devs made in the old days to save some cpu cycles. It was not an intended game design aspect.

Is this still the case for Uth 2.0? Every point in dex counts for castspeed? So giving +18 dex for starting points and taking the class with most start dex will give the best possible castspeed in endgame (with best buffs etc.)? Last edited by wla on Mar 26, 2017 19:51, edited 1 time in total.

Yes. There is a soft cap at 250dex where dex efficiency gets halfed but every caster is well above that anyway |

Nothing in the bush, just skill Mastery of the Arts and it good. AUG Dex isnt that good as MotA.
Thats Old Ra Skill. Buy a Realm Respecc for 300 and find it out ![]() |

some GM told it somewhere.
up to 250 dex each 10 points in dex from 50+ is 1% more castspeed. and after 250 dex each 20 in dex is 1% more castspeed.. i guess i read that somwhere.. MotA is 3% each point that means over 250 dex.. u would need 60 points in dex to get the same % as from MotA 1... plz correct if its not right.. |
