Yes tracert looks good, however still a lot of US players have to use a VPN in order to play on your server.

It's not all the time tho, but since u moved to Hetzner, my connection to Uthgard became unstable (several lags and lds) and i'm totally fine on other servers/games/live (daoc). Already sent you some tracert a month ago or so, Blue.

For example, i just gave up playing for today after 3 LDs in a row within 10 minutes (not speaking of those i had all the day...) and this with an excellent connection and low pop on the server (983). All the day i had LDs starting from the morning, and i did tracert as well as connection tests which u can see by yourself below. As u can see on the hops, and as in the previous tracerts i sent you, it's always once by Hetzner that it starts becoming bad. Never had such bad hops with OVH and they're also in EU. ^^

Hope you'll consider doing something against this, as it's a real pain some days. :/

My bad for not having inquire more further : i was told u had change the provider (during the queue problem phase) and thought that would be the reason why the sudden lags since February (with 983 people online, server was obviously not overloaded ^^), especially considering the hops on the hetzner machines (see tracert). Before that, only problem was the queue, never noticed any other problem on my side and didn't have any ld.

EDIT : re-checked all hops 'geographically' and found out that the connection is nice till i get to the dispatcher in China (~20ms) where it starts then becoming bad while transfering in... Australia, and then to Germany. Damn, however, this route is pretty bad. =(
