process uth.dll problem

When I LD or game crashes for any reason, in most cases uth.dll*32 stays in task manager active. So cannot relog immediately, need kill task manualy or restart computer.
What is needed to solve that? windows 7 64b user.

Instead of using Task manager to kill the process, use Resourse Monitor to relaunch the process. Then you don't need to restart Uth.
