Infinite Wheel mouse.
I bought a mouse specially for its almost infinite mouse wheel system. I scroll down and it scrolls for a very long time, the wheel just stays spinning. With this I can bind the mousewheel up/down to other keys (such as 1 or 2) in order to cast repeatedly an ability. I would like to know if this is bannable: The action is set by me scrolling down the mouse wheel. The mousewheel is let to spin for a while. The mousewheel eventually stops by itself after a few (random, depends on strength of spin) seconds if it is not stopped by me. This I use mostly to play diablo 3 it enables me to move using the mouswheel instead of clicking. Reminder to Self: Quality over Quantity, what is the Value here?

As you can execute the spell repeatedly by holding the key its bound to, I don't see a problem with repeating the same spell by scrolling up or down.
To compare that: One action "press key 1" => repeats "cast spell 123" => ok. One action "scroll up" => repeats "cast spell 123" => ok. So its the same and allowed in this case. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

The mousewheel when spinning could do 5 clicks a second
