After signing in, launching the account chooser, selecting new account, and pressing continue, am given a connection failed error:

As first attempt to fix it download the most recent launcher from https://www2.uthgard.net/account/ and re-install it.
If that doesn't help report me the exact time (with timezone please) when you tried to create the subaccount and email address of your account via PM. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

my son and i have tryed it on different PCs with two accounts - and it always failed
