Hi,
I'm leveling a warrior. I was using the Axe spec. When I hit lvl40 I did /respec Axe but it only took me down to 10 Axe instead of 1 and I'm missing 54 skill points.
Is this intended?

Yes this is intended, thats the way respecing autotrain lines worked in 1.65. You cant reset the line back to 1, regardless of whether you actually used autotrain or not.
