ForumSkill rescpec stones on current version

Is there a list or something like that to see which mobs are dropping skill respect stones with the current Uthgard version?
I was searching in the internet for that , but the sites I have found where older archives with (of course) different versions of DAOC. |

They were sold in HZ before the dragon spawns so the dragon cant be the only mob.. It is listed on some older sites that named in summoner hall should drop them, but like I wrote at the beginning it is not clear which mobs drops them on the current Uthgrad version. |

Most likely that were RA respecs from SH. <Kavar Grunas Bar> - Midgard
