Am I missing anything or is this pretty decent? All 99% quality stuff. MP gloves gives you 24% heat and MP boots gives 26% heat if you'd like. Power seems impossible to even consider without higher utility SI Stuff.

+mana points are missing. 20 points doesnt seem much, but that one cast can turn fights. Also it amplifies when you use mcl and rp.

I think I would sacrifice heat resist for power...
