Hello,
I need your help . I wanted the guild house to have 10pp but I was wrong and I up my personal house, handing a parchment to 1pp I'm not recovering the parchment has 10pp .. the downgrade did not render the parchment es This normal?

You do not receive the deed back when you downgrade, only upgrade.
