*FIXED* DAoC only recognizing integrated gfx, not Nvidia

Hey guys, so I finally got Uthgard to work (after doing a clean install of Windows lol) and I saw when going through the options that the game is running off my Intel integrated graphics, not the Nvidia card in my laptop. After some googling I saw that you have to go to Nvidia control panel and add the game.dll file, but I can't do this and don't see a way around it.
In the Nvidia control panel I go to manage 3d settings > program settings > add and it only allows me to add .exe files, so I tried adding my camelot.exe from my DAoC install folder. After doing so I boot up the game and check options and it is still recognizing my Intel integrated gfx. How are people adding the game.dll file when the Nvidia control panel only allows you to add executable files? *FIXED* Ok, I'm dumb. Gotta remember to select the "preferred graphics processor for this program" as my Nvidia gfx card >_> Dubsdrow - 50 Eldritch <Sword of the Dragon>

THANK YOU SO MUCH
Been playing 2 months now with random crashes and noticed it was using integrated as well but didn't think I could change that. I really appreciate this. |
