ForumPlay Button no longer shows up

I have a friend that hasn't been playing long but she has a 12 Cleric, today she logs in and it logs her in fine but the play button does not appear for her on the website. I even tried to help her on my PC but it won't log on for me either. Whats wrong on her end? It logs her in on the site just fine, but no play button any longer.

seeing as how my friends problem was not covered in that post this is why I did a diferent post.
nothing in that thread discussed the play button not being there, BUT I went ahead and post the exact same post in that thread too to make everyone happy |

I had the same problem tonight when i loaded into game. I went to Manage Account and it showed i wasn't logged in. Once i logged in the play button came up. Hope this helps.

When the play button does not show up you are not logged in anymore. Try relogin.

Hi Blue,
During tonight's attempts at troubleshooting the 503 error, I was finally able to get the site to recognize my OpenID (google) again and get past the terms page, but now my characters are all gone. I'm getting the choice to pick a realm and my account chooser on the site says I don't have anything. Any ideas? Thanks. |

You logged in with wrong account, it created a new one for you. Thats why you had to accept the terms again. Your forum account is using hotmail by the way. Just in case you mixed something up. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

I also am having the missing characters issue. I only have the one OpenId account and nothing has changed on my side.
Could use some help. Thanks. To clarify : I logged in today, no play button. Went to manage account> login and play button appears. But characters gone, I get the "choose a realm" screen. |

hi i have same issue...no play-button is active so i tried to login with email to get my account...was typing email, than he told me i should confirm with facebook my email and than come: failure at confirmation
 P.S. was password resetting, but my account is not showing at accountchoosing |

Hi,
Even after following the recommened steps my PLAY button simply does not show up, tried multiplre browsers and signing out and log back in several times. Also cleared cache and rebooted machine. My account is logged in, the button does not show up. Was able to play last night though without any problems. Possible to PM me the full commandline you're launching? maybe it'll work if i create a launchbatchfile manually. Any ideas? regards |

Same problem here, was playing fine last night, now it asks me to reconfirm my openid but I simply get an error when trying to reconfirm with my Facebook email.
