Hello, I could no longer connect with the play button. I was in manage account and my email address was no longer valid. I recreated the account with the same email address. But all of my characters disappeared. thank you in advance

I'm having a similar issue, though I didn't recreate the account. I just got past the terms page after many attempts in which that issue only started happening for me tonight. Logging out and in with OpenID as suggested in troubleshooting steps is all I did. Now characters are all gone.

Had the same issue. Play button was gone went through signing back in via manage accounts with same email as original. Now all my toons are gone.
Saw they had an issue with Facebook accounts or something. I wonder if this has something to do signing via google accounts. Which is the email account I use. |

Same Problem here... Googleaccount..
Yesterday i weren't "auto logint" there was no Account... -> Manage account ->choose my GmailAcc (only one i had) -> Now the Account its a new empty one  |

In all cases the account used was the wrong one. Write me PM with char names on your account and the email you see on top left of the page after you signed in.

When the button play disappeared, I clicked on game account. It is that one my asked for more of validated my e-mail address. What I made and maintaining my account is empty
