While searching for other information, I stumbled upon this old site with a list of the Realm Abilities for Patch level 1.65 for all classes and realms. Maybe you can use it:

Yeah, its to bad sites like these didn't actually write in detail what the %s or various levels did or class defining RAs at least have a more clear description, so we could actually get bard AM to where it should be.

Quickly checked volley and saw the site that op delivered is also giving wrong information as nixian for 1.65

its incorrect;
http://camelotherald.wikia.com/wiki/Patch_Notes:_Version_1.60 - Volley has had its cost reduced to 8 points and its reuse time is now 15 seconds, significantly shorter than before. A refund is granted for players who have already purchased it. - The initial time to prepare a Volley is now half of what it was. Those sites refer to volley costing 14 points, which isn't true. |

Good old times, eh?  Yeah, this old, abandoned piece of HTML shows a snapshot of how it was back in the good old times. Just wonder if all the Realm Abilities shown there or on Nixian work exactly the same way here on Uthgard. |
