Can not fetch login token

Been trying to connect for an hour or so now, and I get "Can not fetch login token. Are you logged in? Select Manage Account"; and I am logged in, but unable to log out or manage my account due to receiving an error message. Tried searching though previous tickets and the like to no avail. I've tried multiple web browsers and the received the same errors.

Any help would be appreciated!
