Fresh install on new Laptop - missing dll?

Hi,

I am already playing Uth foro a while on my desktop computer.

Now I installed it on my Laptop and after hitting the "Play"-button I'm getting the message, that I can't run the game because I miss api-ms-win-crt-string-l1-1-0.dll

So I reinstalled the Uth-launcher but it's still not working.

Any ideas?
