Totally true. Albs have RA advantage. Mids have only PR. I played mid at this patch level and the only incs that feel unfair were good alb grps. BOF you make like 20dmg each swing ... SOS helps a lot too

It was my experience way back in the classic era before ToA that Mid had an easier time assembling and playing their ideal 8v8 group, since the Mid melee train doesn't require much in the way of RRs to be really effective and because that group comp is basically a PvE group comp as well.

However, the "best" Alb and Hib group setups tend to benefit a lot more from RAs that come from RRs, which makes them perform better at high RRs. A high RR Alb Sorc/Cab nuke train group is downright nasty. Same with Hib caster groups (especially with Purge being 30 minutes in old RAs; playing support classes against Hib stun/nuke trains was always miserable).

Your mileage may vary, of course. This is just how I remember things being back in the heyday of Guinevere. For the record, I did dedicated 8v8 for years and years and am now 200% tired of it, which is why I really hope our pop here stays strong enough for a good mass RvR scene. If it becomes the usual gank guild dickwaving I'll just lose interest and leave.

Hmmmm something not adding up here from my experiences. The "can't kill ******" part may be somewhat true though, since we see alot of dodgin out there from albs/hibs, hard to kill what always runs away

All you people saying give Albion and Hibernia time to level up and get out in rvr...you just don't understand. The majority of mids have not hit 50 yet either. Once they do, the mid rvr zerg will be a sight to behold.
