Pathfinding:
erhöhte Geschwindigkeit und Geschicklichkeit (max +72 Dex/Qui) <--Why only 48 dex/qui on Uthgard
für eine gewisse Zeit schneller rennen (bis zu 80% schneller für 50sek.)
erhöhte Stärke (bis +75 Str) <-- only 50 str on uthgard
erhöhter Rüstungsfaktor (bis +52 AF)
erhöhter Schaden (bis zu 9,2 Dmg/sek.) <-- 9,4 on uthgard

Ranger can use dual weapons since start Daoc 2002.
On Uthgard is Ranger useless : /

You can use dual wield(celtic dual in hib) when you reach 10lvl. Any evidence to that self buffs ?

Dex/qui buff was upgraded to +72 in 1.69.
Str buff never was +75, its still +50 on live right now.
Damage add value is correct.

Looks like the guide you used as evidence is pretty bad researched.

CD comes with lvl 10 +
