So I'm a level 13 eld on Hib and I asked someone what I can do about my power regen, since I got some new spells and can only kill 2 mobs before it's completely depleted and I have to wait a minute+ for it to refill. They told me I should raise my int and mana power and I asked how I can do that and they said gear.

How do I find all this information and what I should be doing? They said mob drops and some good quest rewards that I should search for, but of course all the databases I'm looking at are for live.

So how as I level can I find gear appropriate for me without having to be directed to every mob and quest that will drop good int/mana power gear for my level?

you should look for sites like Allakhazam, etc. in the web archive before ToA relase dates to find drops and quests for 1.65

EDIT: A lot of features such as sorting lists and viewing quests by zone are premium features, is there any way to get around this since you can't pay to a 2003 version of a website?
