I didn't pay enough in rent and my house was foreclosed my question is, is it possible to get back the stuff in my house like the vault/bindstone/teleporter npcs? Are those not considered items that go to your inventory because they weren't on the recovery merchants. It is okay if I lost it all I just would liek to know for certain if I can get them back or not since it cost like 3-4 plats, thank you!

I am confused here, it says "If the house is downgraded or deleted, all objects in the house are accessible via the House Banker in the central Marketplace."

So does a bindstone/npcs/vault object not count as items that you own? The bank vault npcs in the center of meath don't have any of these items for me. I can't find anything specific about if these items are gone or not.

Also I noticed that it says its supposed to give you a warning to pay your rent when you enter housing but I don't think that is implemented here, might be something helpful and cool.

I am confused about how to get the house Deed back too, I couldn't find any deed repossession merchant.

I think its written there

All other items such as furniture, NPC's, tools, house decorations, and trophies will not be stored with the Banker and cannot be recovered if your house is repossessed.
