Okay so I have been away from the server for a week and I come back to log in and my account is temporarily/suspended??? It says my account is in good standing.. What is going on.. I do not cheat. A friend of mine got banned randomly the other day for no reason and now I come back after a week of inactivity and I am banned? There's no reason I should be banned. What's going on.....

something you guys are doing is messing up. other people are complaining about this same thing. There is absolutely NO reason i should be banned. I've been inactive for over a week. look into this. This is bullshit.

I dont know for a fact if your a cheater or not, but im inclined to believe the staff.

Were you using Bob's UI's setup program that is OptionsChooser?

I was running Derrida's on Uthgard until I had to wipe my computer. When I re downloaded the game client and the Uthgard Launcher I downloaded Bob's UI instead because I couldn't get Derrida's to work. If that is causing bans then that's unacceptable..

We do not discuss bans publicly and no, we do not ban for custom UIs.

You get banned if any 3rd party tool runs in the background while playing. So if for example Cheat Engine is running while you play here you get banned for that.
