The fact that someone did exploit a bug is obvious, or else the DEVs would not have brought the relic back to its place.

To what extent the exploit was intended behaviour and how should be punished is something only the DEVs who can access the log can find out.

Personally, after hearing that:
a) albs said they couldnt intercept the STR relic because... they didnt find any mid!
b) the dagda DF portal was used to port the hib relic (and this is a fact)
c) hibs claiming (backed by pics) that the relic was looted without the mids taking the relic room
d) mids not showing a single video or pic of them looting the relic

Call me crazy, but i am kinda skeptic on it being unintended behaviour, but we shall see.

exactly, if but there is no proof yet that anyone exploited.

Dante_AFK has a FULL VIDEO of the fourth relic raid online. You can ery clearly see that Mids DID NOT take the relic room and were actually wiped by us.

Yea I was around all night last night and usually I have my recorder running. I completely forgot to turn it on.

you can't see actually anything on the videos how the relics were taken.

dante u were there, u know as a healer u all couldnt get into the top floor, u just know that and in ur stream it can be seen how we wipe u all as soon as we noticed relic is looted without anyone on the ramp. stop plz. i really hope gms enforce a proper behaviour. Second, telling us that the guy who looted and went thru df portal did it without that intention is just mocking on us, plz im 30 years old not 14. this is not 2001 anymore.

Absolutely no reason for an individual to try and go thru the DF portal inside RK unless they knew what they were doing.

oh right, rogue element! some1 picked up the relic and tried to run out solo and run it back on their own! with no spd! honest mistake you guys!

ill tell u all, zubasa knows exactly what happened, and those guys are enforcing a bug exploiting behaviour to get ahead instead of playing the game how it was deisgned. Intercepting relics is SO DAMN CLASSIC, oh ait...theres a DF portal we can use! Go read GMs posts abut the DF portal thing. GM saying its GM fault that mids were able to go thru DF portal, even apologized to them ( friends anyone?) when thats clearly not how rules are wirtten. Even if u dont know if something may be a bug, u need to report it, taking advantage of bugs is a banable offense. Saying that they thought they were doing nothing wrong since it was possible is just having a laugh at us all and trying to get away. We are all long time players and know about this things, we all know how it works so plz, enforce a proper behaviour dont let us exploit the bugs untill fixed because i tell u it will happen over and over if not.

its what they call powergaming, or metagaming and they think they are smarter than the rest cos taking advantage of it.

EDIT : im off this topic for good, if i recall properly, since i wasnt there, beta got the relics locked cos there was a bug in the doors, so they werent properly tested and we have this problem. reset relic and lock untill fixed plz, we will enjoy the pve and keep taking for df meanwhile.

Mids in irc even admitted that they knew about it from beta and that it wasn't fixed. That's admitting to knowing about an exploit and then still going through with it. But i guess i now have to log irc 24/7 in order to show intent. That Clinton defense ftw.

What's even sadder, is that the same mids, immediately after picking up the power relic from the 2nd floor, got accused of doing so in irc. What did they do in response? Deflect and start complaining about pbaoe through walls/floors...

Seriously though, all the mid players who weren't even at RK's yesterday, but who are today feeling all prideful for their realm, defending their "realm-mates" and calling albs/hibs whiners, should probably get facts right and double check what you're supporting/encouraging.

Both Alb relics earlier this week were taken through the Vale of Mularn...so I guess it wasn't such an accident

Frankly I don't care if relics are returned, we'll get them back eventually anyway, it's the nature of the game. Plus it cheapens the effort put in by the rest of the mids who came out who weren't involved in shenanigans. I'm more inclined to see what the devs find out about the offending parties and what they do to them.
