I'm having this issue today. The queue window just closes after waiting for a while. Once at 9 minutes, once at 6 minutes, and just now at about 15 minutes.

edit: 4th try was less than a minute

USUALLY people get 'crashed' out of the queue because they lost the connection to Uthgard for too long. The same kind of stuff that causes LDs when you are in the game. Please run a tracert to server.uthgard.net and find out where your being delayed.
Then you can:
1. Ask your ISP to work around that bad node (some are willing, some are not
2. Reduce your TCP MTU size so it doesn't take so long to handle a packet
3. Use a VPN to route around the bad node

#3 is by far the easiest to accomplish. I use WTFast. They offer a free trial so you can decide if the reduced connect time is worth a few $ per month.

With all due respect, I haven't gone linkdead once while playing the game, but the queue has booted me 3x today, losing 2 and a half hours of queue time and position in queue. There is something wrong with the queue system at the moment, hence this thread being created recently, not when the server launched.

It is happening time after time to me - whilst in a long Q 50% of the time I would guess.
'tis a terrible pity.

Love the server and the great effort that has been made getting it to where it is, but is a total lottery whether after an hour or two wait I will get to log in or not.

Here;s hoping the problem can be found so that a solution might be implemented.

I havent had this problem at all till about two hours ago.

Played for about 6 hours today,all of a sudden I go ld. Try to get back in, im put in 1000 que. Sit in que for about half hr, it disappeared, re-opened happened again, and again, and again. I'm now on my 5th try getting back into the server, and i'm pretty damn sure it will just disappear again.

Same here for this problem. Was at 200 this morning after 1-2 hours or wait and it just closed, now gotta retry from 2100....going to be a long wait. I started playing 1 week ago and it always does this. Sometimes I get in no problem after 1-2 hours of wait and other times it just boots me. It seems that I get booted only when there is a high queue, 1500+.

I give up on this server. I do appreciate the devs work and all but constantly in que, I have limited time and the que closing after 3 hours and having to start over again to stay in it for another 4 hours is to much. It saddens me, I guess I will wait a month or so until the shine wears off an try again.

I have been playing since launch like most. I have had no problems with waiting in line for the que, it has always loaded when it reaches my spot. I have waited for over 3 hours no problem. But that ended today, I have been in que for over 8 hours due to the fact my que window is closing on its own. I have not been able to play at all due to this issue.

What ever was changed last night is causing a huge problem. I hope there is some kind of acknowledgement of this issue, but I have yet to see any response.

Half of my friends cannot get into your server because the que is crashing almost immediately or after several hours in que. This has been happening to them almost every day for 3 days now. Can we get a dev response soon?

Another thing, the que times are absolutely out of control. I waited 5 hours to get into the game yesterday, and by the time I got into the game I had little to no time to actually play. Would you consider taking donations so you could upgrade your software/system to handle the load of people wanting to play? Having a que larger than the servers capacity is an issue please consider it I'm sure the community would help.
