Quest item for epic line (specifically guild of shadows level 25 alb) where you kill the bwgan hunter and turn in the dagger was accidentally deleted because it didnt state that it was a quest item..

I've appealed 2 or 3 times and no response, any ideas if it can be reset or even obtain the item again?
Kinda need my lvl 40 weap since there's like 5 flex drops in game

Did you do anything specific to get your appeal answered? I've had an appeal going for.. 4 days now and I can't progress my epic further, which kinda sucks.

Please callGM again with the quest name, step, and NPC you are supposed to deliver it to. WE sometimes have heavy volume of calls and it is difficult to catch players online.

I too am stuck at this point. The collar of the dead had no stats not it and did not mention that it was a quest item so I got rid of it. I kept the others that said its a quest item.

Now the lvl 30 epic quest wants me to turn in the Collar and the other 2 items. I have /appeal and waiting for the quest item to appear in my bag or if I can redo lvl 15/20 quest and get the collar back. either way..
