I have linked every email address i have ever owned to my account so that i am able to use my character names from v1 uthgard. Not a single one has returned my character names, it still displays: Reserved Names -

Am i missing something? Has this serviced stopped? I've tried to make a character with my old character name and it says it's unavailable.

I do know my username and password from uthgard v1 - does that make any difference?

how should they reserve your names AFTER the server is released since a week now?

Have all of the v1 names been released then?

Any reserved character names will be freed 2 weeks from our initial launch date, so approximately 1 week left to go. You can PM me your character name and I'll take a peek, but if you can't get into the email associated with it then I can't help you.

I believe reserved names were for toons that were lvl 50 only. so only your lvl 50 toons should be shown as reserved.

I am in the same boat. My accounts were over 9 years old. I could recover one but not the other and I had 10 level 50 between the two accounts on hib alone.

Realistically anyone remember their email from 9 years ago? its a tough one. What if you worked somewhere and changed jobs. Hopefully they give us a day and time so we can login and get the names we lost. I like the new system with Gmail.

Just get a diff name lol./
