Is anyone else getting problems sometimes when logging in. Not all the time but its very frustrating.

I go to login and im like 1200 in the que wait 2 plus hours and is down to 200 ish then the login interface vanishes and its like ive never qued. I then boot up again and I am then starting over again with another 2 hour plus wait.

Only happens a few times but really really frustrating,
