Actually this topic should be in Events and Realm versus Realm, but only admins can post there, so i will post little thread to here.

I have played DaoC long time for now, and Uthgard is nice litte community but there are some lacks.
Dont take this post like i make it for alb or smth. Think that it will might be useful for all realms.

Regarding the last event, i got little idea, it might sound rough bit but dont take it as a flame.
There was rewards what are quite useless for being atleast little bit more powerful in emain action - but this is what game is about right?! emain action.
So i came to idea, that if there is events the reward's might be not some reskins or items but Realmpoints, cuz. Some players really dont need nothing more then rps... why?
RPS - you get special RA's bonuses to skills.
Some realms dont have many groups for emain anction and boom - we have hit dead end.
Who has coniniusly take emain grps will gain and gain rps, but who dont will stay forever as low rr player - wich will/might cause crossrealming.
My idea as i explained sooner would be to give participants who take part of event some rps, ammount would be decision for managament. e.g 100k
what is the cause - more participants in events, more RvR - all what game is about.

Second idea what i have is based on lot mentioned ZERG.
Maybe build a BG based instance - 4v4 8v8
All realms have duel merchant who will make instance counting the ammount of player - should be no problem to build instance to e.g lvl 1-4 bg for this kind of thing.

It might sound rough and direct, but those are little ideas what might improve RvR and balancing RvR action.

Thank You & Greetz!

I like the way events are handled now. No overpowered Items no RP boost.
This is something to have fun only = )

to give player RPs for beeing at the event would be overpower realms more. If there are a lot of people of one realm they would gain 6000 k Rps and a small realm 1000 k . wouldn't be fair right?

Excuse me...you want to give players ~100k RPs fpr participating in an event? You must be kidding!
Events are meant to be an alternation to the usual RvR and PvM. You face special encounters and sometimes
have to additionally deal with RvR opponents. The rewards are absolutely not useless. Reskins offer you the
possibility to make a difference. You just don't look like the usual dwarf/firbolg/inconnu xyz.
Tokens to get an item of your choice (dragon/legion) are a really powerful reward, too. Some players have to
continuous participate in player-driven raidevents to get a most wanted item.

It's just the usual thing. Those who continuous participate in RvR will make RPs and will become stronger due to
additional realmabilities. There are plenty of players in each realm you just have to ask them to follow you into
battle. Practice a bit with them and by the time you will have a strong group.

Wonder what comes next...maybe a dragondrop for becoming lvl50...there
are not dragon raids every day ^^

With regards
Sethor
