does this have a variance?
I'm lvl 14 with 14 matter spec and my baseline dot ticks for the amount my spec dot does. Has no variance as far as I can tell.

hmm nvm i see variance fighting higher lvl mobs, but not blues/greens

the higher your spec the less variance it will have
