So I am having a very odd issue that I can't seem to find a solution for. Pretty much, when I am logging into the game on the main loading screen my internet drastically slows down. If I alt-tab and let the game load in the background I have no issue, but once I get back into the game on the character select screen my internet slows down again. This has caused the game to crash multiple times, and a test of patience on myself when trying to log into the game. Oddly enough, If I can make it to the game, I have no issue what so ever, I am only having this issue on the loading screen and character select screen. Has anyone had this issue, or know of any solutions that I can try to fix it? I have reinstalled the client and that didn't work, and I am unsure of what else I can do?

I am having no issue on live so I am thinking this has to do with something on the Uthgard client. I have also disabled firewall and I am still running into the same issue. Any ideas?
