I have tried to deactivate my antivirus. I have tried to run everything as admin. I have tried to move my fresh daoc-install to 3 different HDDs. I have tried multiple web browsers. I have tried to install the Uthgard-client on multiple HDDs. Atm im kinda at a loss, I do not know what to try next, anyone got any advice? Just waited 1 hour and 45 min only to get injection failed message.

Use 32bit instead [x86] regardless of which you have ---C++ Redestributable 2015 (x86) --- Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any other cause/fix for the "VCRUNTIME140.dll" error You might even consider uninstall/reinstall the Redistrutable even if you got the correct one the first time around (supposedly the .dll can be corrupted)
