Duo is best.

However, Friar, or Necro are best choices at first. Caba isn't until later. His pet will kick rocks without buffs on big pulls.

Necromancer is basically chain pulling, or with a cleric "friend" you can chainpull grps.

Cabalists have an aoe DoT where you can kite groups if you get the strategy down

Friars are just defensive beasts and don't take a lot of damage. They are fun with their staff styles, and can heal themselves between fights.

The more I typed the more I realized how little I know about Albion, so somebody else should probably answer

Friar would be a good choice for pve solo and for those who want to focus on money for later investing a char for rvr?

Or would negromance be better?

Necro is the best solo farmer on alb, and one of the best in the game. Also they are less gear dependent than say the friar (or any melee) so I'd personally pick the necro.

Caba is great too but is more situational and better at higher lvl. However there are a limited number of areas cabas can farm properly and they're all likely to be perma-camped.

Ok, thanks for the info, decided to go to negromance :)

I want to know more about the information.

-What would be the best specification for negromance? Pve farming / money alone?

-How do I transfer/drops/item/money/gemspelcrafting to my other char not being able to login 2 account?

there are only 2 options:

1) ask somebody to help you transfer.
2) using house/guild house vault.

You never played Nec, did you? Without good gear, especially dex, con, melee resists ... your pet is ... a bad joke. The difference between geared and non-geared is HUGE! As with every class, except all other pet-classes.

He is right for leveling an basic farming. The gear of a necromancer is almost completely irrelevant as you are chain pulling either way. However, a friar can have difficulties killing mobs if he takes too much or deals too few damage because of gear. I'm not sure this works on Uthgard but on the live servers you had two sets of gear as a necromancer: One for summoning your pet and another once the pet is active. I can only remember it was a lot cheaper to template those because you only needed so few stats per specific set.

Go with a necromancer. 48 Deathsight, Rest Death Servant should work pretty well for you.
