hello, what's best race choice for theu?

You can choose between briton or avalonian.

Avalonian has better int, briton is average everywhere. Has many theurgist spells depend on a % on int, the brit is globally a better choice because you will have less downtime in pve. In pvp briton is also a good choice compared to avalo as enemies tend to focus more on avalo
Avalo could be more interesting if you plan to have an Air spec and want to nuke more.

I guess for lvling is better to have a dd spec because spamming pet can take out your exp up to 50%

Yes pet take out xp, but earth spec is needed for the BT pulse, it's very useful for xp, especially since we have crap stuff.

Why Ice? From what I've seen Ice pets don't like enclosed spaces, especially Dungeons.

I'm going Air for levelling, you get spec nukes, aoe mezz and pets that can chain stun.

Don't go into dungeons then and just do kill tasks instead - easy peasy lemon squeezy.

I know a lot of people want to level through dungeons. It's nostalgic for some!

thats why i said from 1-20. you can respec with level 20, there is no need to group from 1-20 - thats all i saying.
