i don't understand what happened !

i play well for 2 days but today impossible to connect, when i click on play it say :

could not check for launcher update : le nom distant n'as pas pu etre resolu 'launcher .uthgard. '


when i chose "annuler" the logo Uthgard appears like it will go on and this appear

something went wrong during patching. sorry we encounterd this error : le nom distant n'as pas pu etre resolu 'launcher .uthgard .'


anybody have an idea ?

It could be a DNS issue. The simplest thing you can try is this:

Hit Windows key + R
Type CMD
Hit enter

now type ipconfig /flushdns

try restarting Uthgard.

It can also have something to do with security settings (i think). Try disabling your securities like Firewalls or anti-virusprograms and try again.
If it works, you'll have to add your camelot instal folder as exception in either that is causing the issue, so it doesn't happen again.

ps for non-french speak people the error is in the lines of "remote name could not be resolved"

They may also be having an issue with the launcher. Take a look at https://www.uthgard.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=38715 This happened to me last night and never happened before, so could be an issue with current windows updates or they may be having an issue with the launcher overall.
