I can't decide what to start playing when uthgard go live. i am planning to have all 3 alb stelther but dont know who to start whith.

Iam going to autotrain and i understand its going to be hell

i wonder how it is at lvl30+ and soloing.

Minstrel have a healing pet, but how is the dps? and the pet will steal xp when healing.

Scout have good range for pulling and good defence whith shield.

Inf is just a gimped merc.

the 2nd and 3rd it faster because i will have gold to gear better.

What have you chosen as first toon.

2nd question:
slash or thrust ?

Inf isn't as gimped as you think vs merc. Poisons bump their dps up nicely. Autotraining stealth you are always max DW, almost max thrust and still get composite max poisons.

The one thing you don't get is the nice crush taunt with low end use.

Out of your three Inf is your strongest PvEer if, like you said, you autotrain longbow and instruments.

As for thrust vs slash. Inf should be thrust here for dragonfang. Scouts usually thrust because their bow is dex damage along with half of thrust and minstrels usually go slash for ammy slash.

Minstrel is by far the most useful rogue class and will not usually be excluded from any groups or raids. I cannot say the same about Infils or Scouts. If you want to make any rogue, you need to autotrain them. Not autotraining might mean the difference between lvl 50 stealth at RR5 and lvl 50 stealth at RR7 ( like 2 mil RP o.O )

An Auto-training minstrel is the most useless rouge while leveling. But yeah if you get to 50 minstrel is most wanted. Depends what you want to do.
