Overall population won't be decided by a list from the forums, it will be decided by the randoms and plebs who don't even check forums, but I am sure you know this and just want to draw attention away from what we all know will be true. I tried to only list groups that can form one on their own. As for the listed EU groups I'm fairly certain that most of them will have a "full" group out a couple of days per week.
