I disconnected from the server every few minutes

my cousin and I can not play every few minutes we disconnect from the server.
We live in different areas in Venezuela.

My Internet connection is good.

Try run this when playing, and point it toward server.uthgard.net
http://winmtr.net/

See if you can spot if there are any problems on the way.

If there are, then one option is to use a vpn to 'force' another route, or ask your isp if they can route you another way.
