I played Uthgard about a year ago if I were to guess. I logged in via DAoCPortal though instead of your current launcher system. I had several characters in development, but the account I made via this website and launcher system is different from my DAoCPortal sign in info.

Are these characters lost? Is this the new method to connect to your server? I understand the server is in beta and if there was a wipe during my absence, I understand. I just want to know my options!

The characters got deleted abour 2years ago. You have to start from the beginning again.
If you are willing to help us to test things you are welcome but otherwise you should wait till the beta is finished and before you ask - there is no ETA ;)
