Soloing on a non stealther?

Just wanted to get peoples thoughts on this?
Waste of time? Lesson in frustration? Or can it be playable?

Secondly, I understand speed 5 classes can manage, but what about speed 3 classes?

Playable with the right class for sure.

Minstrel, Sorc, even Skald (less so) comes to mind.

Anything with speed and some killing potential (or charm) should work OK.

Back in the days I had a lot of fun with my Lurikeen Enchantress:

Speed, a very annoying pet (Perma-Snare!), debuff-nuke, stun

That plus the smalls size plus taking advantage of the reputation system (so you could mobs that are aggro for the realm you were currently invading 8) ) worked very well for me.

Beside that you can even do solo PvE with it and its gear is not that expensive.

I was two shotted on my 24 cleric in df by a chanter pet. Clearly it has the capicity to kill xpers.
