getting the 1.65 injection failed error .. also getting vcruntime140.dll error within uth.dll .. reinstalled everything .. game/patch/NET/c++

I have this error now, everything was working fine yesterday.
Today, I see the SI splash screen and get injection failed error. |

Yep. also getting vcruntime140.dll error. Delete and reinstall of everything didn't fix. |

I just got this error today ( 1.65 injection failed error) i disabled my anti-virus temporarily, and uninstalled Visual C++ , and Framework 4.6. I reinstalled them, but i'm still getting the same error. Anyone know of another way of fixing this.
Upated: Fixed. Reinstalling and resetting my PC made the game work  |

reinstalled C++, Reinstalled 4.6, reinstalled DAOC, no current anti-virus to disable, restarted 3 times.
Still getting error on the computer in my loft. What else should I try? The only people that use signatures with actual information only proves they think they are better then everyone else.

scratch that, I installed the x64 thinking I needed that one for my 64 bit OS
After I installed the x86, after reading all the information again carefully, it works now. The only people that use signatures with actual information only proves they think they are better then everyone else.
