There are like 5 different problems here, all reported under the "launcher not functioning" label. As long as we don't know what you are exactly experiencing and what you have tried so far, nobody will be able to help you.

Same problem here.
Win10. Has worked fine till yesterday. From last reboot can't log due to freezes in white screen at starting launcher. Reinstalling launcher doesn''t resolve. Read that someone has solved this deleting some files in /user/ folder , I've deleted them and now works again. |

My problem is that the launcher goes white and is non responsive I have windows 10 and have tried everything listed here by other users...I can not find the file under users that some are speaking of and I really rather not have to format my entire hard drive to get this to work. |

Are you using some super strict virus scanner? What happens if you disable it and start the launcher? We had that problem in the past were a few scanners would block the launcher sometimes.

You can't find the files probably because this
C (OS) :\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Uthgard is an hidden folder (AppData). Set the folders option to see hidden items or use the "search" function using "Uthgard" as text to find in C:\ and you will be able to find it. Delete all the files in the folder and the launcher will work again. |

Thank you so much for your help! This is what I needed!! |

This is the second time I've gotten the message that the launcher needs admin rights. Can you tell me why that is?
thanks |

Whenever we change client content, the patcher will try to update your client, and for that it requires admin privs if you have it under C:\Program Files\...
Be nice. :)

+1 Search the whole hard drive, guys. These are not the regular appdata folders found @ C:\Users\admin\AppData... I reread this post then searched the hard drive for "Uthgard" and was able to find all the appdata/roaming files. ![]() |
