Turns out some of my friends have moved to other realms but I am dead set on playing a Minstrel.

On a guild scale of 1-10, 10 = Full Noob and 1 = 8 Man w/ only 8 members I'm looking for something between 7 and 3.

I'm in the CST time zone and will generally play after work on the week days and a more open amount on the weekends. I'm definitely taking a week off from work @ launch

I'm pretty open to all aspects of the game (Raid, Zerg, Relic, 8v8, Solo) but I am not a super patient person so don't expect me to lead some of those

I prefer TS above and beyond Vent or Mumble but I have them all.

I don't like drama. So if you act like a child or conspiracy theorist I'm out.

What realm did Vanquish go to?

Yep noticed this too. Pretty lame to just pick up and leave without word. But it's beta I guess so they got that excuse.

To be fair I believe everyone registered on their site got a PM about it. I hold no ill will against them, but I'm set on playing Alb so the search continues. I imagine at this point I will wait till i50 and then meet people that way.

I was a full member prior to DAOC and I saw no notice or email. Just the locked thread saying they had gone and changed to Nemesis on Hib.

Everyone here is left without any in game chat. Totally amazing. Vapor Guild. Lol yeah, I wouldn't move with them. Noticed the long sign up thread is also gone from these forums. Since a Mod here was an officer in Vanguish I guess he made it go away.

Well I hope you get a good Guild. I know you were working hard helping guildies learn the ropes.

Actually, whoever you are(?), there were mails sent out, poll held, discussions held, over 40 hours or so before the decision was made. not our fault you couldnt open an internet page.
There were too many rules holding us back from the global Vanquish guild so we decided to do our own thing with an entirely new guild, which also eliminated the name clash with the hib vanquish guys.

It absolutely doesn't matter at all now, what's done is done, but where were these polls held and what emails were used? A whole 40 hours warning and polls and emails? I saw nothing and I am still, until this, a member before and after DAOC. I saw nothing on the Vanguish site or in any inbox.

Bumping and I would add that I likely won't play in game until i50 because I don't have time atm and lets say I was involved in some prior testing already
